    If universal Pre – K is proposed to eliminate the achievement gap between races/income level what next, universal in vitro testing to eliminate projected achievement gaps in the unborn? Who will say what measures/procedures are needed to eliminate that gap? Will you ask tax payers to pay for that?

    Good question! The Pre-K for SA here in San Antonio was a scam by local Socialists like the Castros to get their base out for the 2012 elections, start indoctrination of children earlier, and raise taxes so they would have more money to squander.
