Thanks for not answering the question. Maybe you forgot what the question was after telling me about legal history, and including a quote from the “Office of the AG”. Greg Abbott is running for Governor, our current Governor almost got the TTC done. If it wasn’t for a whole lot of folks raising up and making noise to their representatives to stop the TTC it would be here now. So, my question remains, but let me make it more succinct.
What is Greg Abbott’s position as to the limits the state has as it pertains to taking people’s property? Additionally, is he for the TTC, or something similar, or is he an advocate of the state’s dire need to seize a swath of land clean across Texas from Mexico to the Oklahoma border?
