What are Greg’s plans to expand respect for the Rule of Law by protecting property rights and expanding freedom from corruption?

Texas should have zero tolerance for corruption and crony capitalism.

The Texas judiciary should be made more efficient and independent of influences from the legislature and executive and politics, and it should respect the rule of law.

Property rights should be more recognized, more guaranteed, and more protected in Texas. And the Texas government should devote a significant attention and resources to enforcement of intellectual property rights in Texas.

If the Federal Government sues, so what! Defend Texas in the Federal Court system!

I agree with Trey. With the federal overreach of property and property rights its time for Texas to put the foot down. Say no to China. They want our property for our Texas oil.

I believe that Texas should set its own policies for property rights as well as education standards
