    Big Federal Gov. has created obstacles causing the US to be behind in the progress of SCI research. What can you do to promote the advancements in medical research here in Houston, TX. so that people from around the world could be coming to Texas for SCI treatment. Right now it is other countries where they are helping paraplegics to walk again like in Poland, UK and HongKong. With the magnificent Medical Center in Houston, there should be a facility which would catch up and then lead the way for SCI patients such as yourself. I am a friend of a quadraplegic, Judy Chambers
