I am getting in shape by riding a bike 40-50 miles each week. I've lost 30lbs and feel better all the time. 70 more needed gone to reach my first goal. I am still moving and thinking and working and being pretty much of a smart alec, and generally, just enjoying life. I have been ecstatically married to the same man, Davy Davidson, for 29 years and 10 months, and am still happy and more in love than I was to begin with. He is a wonderful man, loving me and our two children, son-in-law, and beautiful granddaughter, and being the Godly man he was called to be. Our daughter, Lacie Lynn, is oldest and Jordan Dwayne, our son, is youngest. They post on Facebook all the time.
