Large campaign donations received within 30 days before an election must be reported online before being used

I’m OK with the requirements. The penalties are missing. I suggest a very sharp line can be drawn between legal and illegal candidates with this law. Draw that line in the law with the following penalty “or the candidate is disqualified without judicial review (to paraphrase PPACA)” and I’m all-in.
