  • The founders of US Constitution were brilliant in their seeing into the future. They understood that we would one day be faced with a out-of-control Federal Gov. With this understanding they gave to the people and the states a way out…and that is the Article V. Just like many folks I too can come up with a large number of changes, but I suggest one at this time. With this change it is possible that the Fed can be turned around and it might start reversing the course away from back to our Bill of Rights. We have to get the states back in the driver seat. I see the organization chart of 50 CEOs or presidents with the FED reporting to the states. The FED for some time has been headed to blending or erasing the borders between the states. I believe we need to repeal the 17th amendment. All US Senators need to be selected by each state’s state senators. Each US Senator needs to report to State Senate.

Here is a video of Mark Levin on the subject:

I think Texas should host a states convention to propose term limits for all of congress, term limits for all federal judges including the supreme court, To limit the executive power of the president and to limit the power of the EPA.
