HB 195, SB 342, and Constitutional Carry need to be the law of the land. Texans are just as capable as the folks in Arizona, Alaska, Arkansas, and Vermont; Constitutional Carry works just fine in those states and it will here too. I also need to remind you that it is part of the Texas Republican Party platform and can be found on page 23.

In 1995, the 74th Texas Legislature passed the CHL amid cries of rampant gunfights and increased accidental shootings. In 2007, the 80th Texas Legislature expanded the “castle doctrine” to traveling in automobiles amid cries of rampant gunfights and increased accidental shootings. In 2015, the 84th Texas legislature has the opportunity to pass Constitutional Carry amid cries of rampant gunfights and increased accidental shootings. It is time for the Texas Legislature to trust Texas citizens just as the governments of Vermont, Alaska, Arkansas, and Arizona trust their citizens with Constitutional Carry. Support HB 195, SB 342 and Constitutional Carry.

I for one strongly support constitutional carry legislation. Our founding fathers are turning over in their graves because of the way liberals and minorities have degraded our sacred constitution. The right of every Texan is to protect their family and to put food on their table should never be taken away from us. If Pharohbama gets his way the entire population of the USA would be disarmed and then he could bring his muslim terrorist cronies in and become the dictator he wants to be. I will resist any such takeover of our sovereign state to the death if necessary. I am a Patriot and a native Texan and am damn proud to say it.
