Teachers in Texas should be held to a high teaching standard and not allowed to hide behind the unions, there are to many teachers simply there for a paycheck, If a school district has non performing teachers they should be allowed to get rid of them without threats of law suits and law suits, a teacher is a very special concerned about the young ones kind of person, But due to red tape, they can be non performers and nothing can be done about it. I am saying allow the parents and school district to hold them accountable.
