    1. Work with the Texas US Senators and the Texas Attorney General to defend and protect federalism and the Bill of Rights for all Texans
    2. Restore republican government in Austin
    3. Protect Texans from their rulers in state and local government, and from their rulers in the federal government
    4. Restore the separation of powers between the Texas Legislature, Executive Branch, and the Judiciary in Texas
    5. Allow each of the Legislature, Executive, and Judiciary to check and balance each others powers
    6. Simplify and limit the written Texas Constitution
    7. Strengthen the rights of the minority in state government
    8. Make state judges and justices appoints by the Governor and approved by an up-or-down vote by the Texas Senate, and establish term limits on state judges and justices; to make the judiciary independent of politics
    9. Insure domestic tranquility
    10. Promote the general welfare
    11. Secure the blessings of liberty
    12. Provide for the common public safety for all Texans
