What are Greg’s plans to expand regulatory efficiency by expanding business freedom, labor freedom, and monetary freedom?

Texas should have a competitive regulatory regime that aids business formation. The process of launching a business in Texas should be made even more straightforward, and there should be no minimum capital required to launch a business in Texas.

The Texas minimum wage law should be repealed to free the Texas labor market from state government intrusion.

The Texas government should remove any price distorting policies to stabilize the Texas monetary system.

The Texas government should eliminate all Texas government subsidies for small, medium, and big enterprises.

If the Federal Government sues, so what! Defend Texas in the Federal Court system!
