What do you think Texas needs to do to ensure equal rights to Fathers? Or mothers who do not have custody of their children? The attorney general’s office has, in my opinion, failed at ensuring an equal playing field for either parent.

I agree. Why aren’t the purchases made by the custodial parent documented? They should never be able to use their child support card at a liquor store!
Also, why is the custodial parent never researched in regards to medical insurance for the child? They can just walk all over another human being who likely has a vested interest in the child beyond money.
