    1. Strengthen the Texas civil society by expanding freedom
    2. Encourage an ethical society in Texas through the promotion of a Moral Law above all human laws
    3. Recognize that Texas is a state made up of unique individuals with God-given natural rights
    4. Strengthen the bedrock of the Texas civil society: the family
    5. Expand religious freedom in Texas so that the Church can provide the moral compass for the Texas society
    6. Encourage individual achievement to strengthen the free society in Texas
    7. Punish the wrongdoing, while you reward the good
    8. Punish encroachment on individuals or property

    2, 5, 7, just like Iran. Perhaps the Gov should be worried about paving the roads, and religion should be left to the churches.
