Small Business Help

Attempting to get licensing, understanding of what is required, etc., is confusing and stopped me from starting a catfish farm to supplement my meager income. What I would like is to have a real person to talk with and find out what it is that I need to do. The website is confusing and when I thought I found the right department it was not. If it’s just me and my ignorance, forget it. However, if there are more old and young vets out there who are confused as I am, there should be one place to go and just explain what you want to do. If there is some funding available for a small business start-up that would be useful especially for the younger vets.
