    I believe that scholars should be rewarded.
    The one thing I agreed with John Sharp on, when he was running for governor, is that Texas can afford to give full scholarships to Texas residents who maintain a 3.0 GPA throughout their college career.
    The cost of college is daunting, and we would only be helping our state by ensuring that those who really wanted to work for an education, would get one.
