Abbott needs to charge Bob Holder and Jennifer Tharp for their crimes.

Attorney general of texas Greg Abbott protects Bob Holder and Jennifer Tharp, the DA and Sheriff of comal county who submitted false statements to multiple state agencies for the purpose of hiding inmate neglect. His staff, namely a cop named Greg Lucas refuses to discuss the legality of this situation, not that a cop is qualified to talk about the legality of ANYTHING, he is not an attorney. Lucas also blocks any access to Greg Abbott, Abbott refuses to answer ANY correspondence on the subject, he defers my legal questions to someone not qualified to answer them.

The DA of comal county, in collusion with Comal County jail staff, provided false information to Greg Abbott’s office (they falsely claimed no medical release forms were on file) in order to prevent the release of medical records to the family of an inmate (who is in poor health and requires significant medical care) who has made very serious and well documented allegations of medical negligence against the jail.

Sheriff Bob Holder and his staff have made false statements to the commission on jail standards regarding the same medical authorization form as above, they were also falsely claiming that the inmate was receiving adequate medical attention at the jail. Here is the funny part, jail standards claims not to question the opinion of a medical doctor, they refuse to allow ANY review of the medical competency provided, but yet they are able to claim “the inmate is receiving adequate medical care”

Abbott’s office refuses to even say whether it is legal to give false information to those two entities, and they adamantly refuse to open an investigation in the matter. All of this is to shield the county from liability in a medical negligence case.
