Will you encourage and equip parents to stop “Waiting on Superman” and start donning their capes? How about lawmakers get rid of the crippling Pearson produced kryptonite, provide a few phone booths (resources) and step back, giving a new generation of super heroes the freedom to fly?

Will there be a state defined “Gold Standard Pre-K,” or a return to parent and community directed education?

Grusendorf explains that to 21st-century ears the phrase “public free schools” implies state control — but in 1876 it connoted almost total parental control and choice.

“Clearly by any reasonable analysis of original intent our founders did intend to empower parents and communities to make decisions relative to the education of their students,” said Grusendorf.

1 SIZE FITS ALL IS NOT THE SOLUTION EVERY CHILD IS DIFFERENT . WE NEED THE GOOD TEACHERS STAY IN OURS SCHOOLS.. THERE’S A LOT OF TEACHERS RETIRING BECAUSE OF FRUSTRATION AND OVER REGULATING . WE NEED THE OLD SCHOOL WAY THE GOOD TEACHER AND STUDENT RELATIONSHIP . THE KID TO BE A KID AND LOVE EVERYDAY GOING TO SCHOOL BECAUSE IS FUN AND INTERESTING BECAUSE THEY CAN DISCOVER NEW THINGS BY THEY OWN WAYS.. THE SAME WAY YOU AND I LEARN.. THIS ACTUAL WAY IS NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW .. WE NEED A CHANGE.

Please empower us as parents to choose the educational approach best suited for our own children and families. No single school, public or private, can meet the needs of every child. Even parents in supposedly ‘good’ districts need options. Let the education dollars follow the child, let us choose schools, and stop financially penalizing families who opt out of the local public school.
