Reduce effectiveness of Washington DC K-street influence

“In The Beginning” there was only the horse and carriage. This required folks to meet in a single location US Senate and US House chambers. This took our representatives from their local communities. Allowed DC influence and K-street influence. Today with the high technology communication there most certainly is no reason for 24/7 at these chambers and DC life style. Rather I think these representatives need to stay in their state senate for the US Senators and district offices for the US Representatives. This would help keep focus on those that elected them and would make it much more costly to K-street representatives (now instead of one location …these types would have to have over 550 plus locations) to try and influence our Senators and Representatives. I guess to keep the dust off the chamber seats maybe these folks could make a trip back one week every quarter. Certainly, in my view, WeThePeople will know what is going on…all we have to do is take short drive down the road to our US Representative office or a bit longer trip to the State Senate offices.
